Following is a web site that has been public for several months; it is my newest novel, an adventure story about two people who sustained severe injuries by accident. The young woman was blinded by her brain injury, the man ended up in a wheelchair.

Here is my cover art, drawn by one of the Seattle area's learning fine-art artists, Jon Kalin.

Even tho I only told one group of people arout this book website, hundreds have read the first 7 chapters and the number of people who have heard about this site has climbed into the low thousands.

So far, neither agents nor [real] publishers think that a love and adventure story about two disabled people is worth anything. But people of the caliber who read this site have the ultimate say. If I get a high enough hit rate on the one tenth of the story I will self-publish and promote.

Inner Sunshine

Framing life as a meditation
distinguishes our path from the myriad.

Each moment writes its own poetry;
harmony stems from natural wisdom,
an eternal balance lives within all things.
The winter ends its season, blending spring-ward
with its sunshine and rain
kissing blossoms into fullness.
Virtue is but right-action
reflected by the light of inner sunshine,
the flowering of innate goodness.
It is our natural ethos.

In the end, its practice amplifies the enjoyment of life;
makes this trek estimable.
